My approach is always about making sure we can get some short-term wins first, and set ourselves up for the long-term. Here's how I'd get started with you, end-to-end:
We'll have an initial 30 minute chat, so I can understand your goals, and what you'd like to achieve from us working together
I'll then pull together an outline of work as a proposal, often with a few different options for what I think might work, and include a quote for the work
This is where I'd love to hear back from you: did I nail the requirements? Does the proposal makes sense? Does something need tweaking?

To give you a sense of pricing, for a one-off marketing plan starts in the realm of $880 to $1650, depending on the size of what you'd like to achieve.

I'd love to say ‘immediately!’, and sometimes that is the case. But generally speaking, a good indicator of knowing if something is working is generally 1 to 3 months after we've implemented it.
When I build you a strategy, I'll always give you a few actions and anticipated results based on:
What you can expect now (within a month)
What you can expect next (within a quarter)
What you can expect later (within a year)
My approach is always to build something that is sustainable and scales with your business.
That doesn't always mean 💥instant, fast, explosive results 💥 within a week, but it does mean you'll have real, thoughtful solutions that nurture your long-term success.

Yes! This can happen in a set of different ways, as an example:
We set up a retainer, where I work on your business or project for a set number of hours
I can also set up a training session with you and your team, complete with documentation
We can come back after 3, 6, or 12 months to review where we're at and revisit the strategy

The most important metric for me is the one you're basing your success on. That could be:
An increase in your customer base
Converting one-off customers to returning customers
Growing a community of engaged supporters
What I'm less interested in, however, is vanity metrics: stats that look amazing on the surface but don't necessarily mean results. Examples are the number of social media followers or the number of views on a video.
Though all these metrics come together to paint a picture of your success, your success metrics will always be the ones that frame my strategies.
